Oswego, NY ? Cheryl Arnold was the winner of the United Way of Greater Oswego County?s drawing for a ladies diamond ring.? Arnold purchased her ticket at the United Way Stone Soup Luncheon in November.? The drawing, which is part of the United Way?s Annual Campaign, raised more than $1700 and made Christmas extra special for the lucky winner.? The diamond ring was donated by DuFore?s Jewelry in Oswego.
