Fulton, NY ? Port Authority Buoys United Way. Representatives from the Board of Directors for the Port of Oswego Authority express their concern for their community by presenting United Way of Greater Oswego County with a check in support of the agency?s Annual Campaign. Working through 23 local partner agencies, United Way supports 34 human services programs throughout Oswego County.
